I privately studied psychology and counselling for the last 4 years which is a real passion I have and this is ongoing.

I have studied clinical hypnotherapy at the Essex Institute under Terence Watts which embodies my own values of compassion and humility.

I also study Wing Chun Kung Fu under Sifu Sata Chand and Sifu Steve Carpenter at the Meridian Centre which has helped me appreciate a more holistic outlook on life.
